    The Resurrection Service takes place in the morning, in most churches of Corfu, as
    per an old tradition. Furthermore, a litany of the icon of Christ’s
    Resurrection takes place, according to the Byzantine tradition kept
    alive also in the Aegean islands and the Slavic Orthodox countries.
