The Kastellanoi Mesis Cultural Association was founded in 1984 and became active again in 2010, aiming to support the cultural development of the local community and preserve folk heritage.

Through its activities and events, the association promotes:

• the preservation of local traditions,
• environmental and social awareness,
• solidarity and teamwork,
• youth participation in cultural life.

Since 2010, the association has operated a traditional dance group participating in festivals and cultural events both in Corfu and beyond.
